Registration InstructionsEmployIndy’s Choice Employer program was created to help organizations improve job quality in Central Indiana. One focus of job quality is around inclusion and the role it plays in company culture. The Choice Employer program was thrilled to partner with the Indy Equity Collaborative to create the “Racial Equity for Organizations: From Awareness to Action” module. This is a no-cost module that will aid organizations in understand the impact equity can have on their internal dynamics. It's a three-part module, with each part taking about 45 minutes to complete.
